I used two separate papers to make these prints. The first paper was made with hydrangea and rose petals. I made the second using sweetgrass. I wanted the rounded pedal shapes to intersect the linear grasses. I cut these two papers together, both of them at the same time. I transposed the pieces, then shaded in certain shapes to signify a foreground and a background.
